Saturday

  • 8:00 AM: Event organizers load-in and set up. 
  • 9:00 AM: Doors open to players
  • 10:00 AM: Group Stage
  • 2:00 PM: Awards Ceremony 
  • 2:30 PM: Double Elimination brackets (Tiers 1-4)
  • 7:00 PM: Copper Club Invitational (CCI)
  • 7:00 PM: ACL Swap for those not in CCI

    Sunday
  • 9:00 AM: Event organizers load-in and set up. 
  • 10:00 AM: Check in beings
  • 11:00 AM: Frequent Player Invitational (FPI)
  • 11:00 AM: ACL Swap

    Entry Fees
    $80 per team of two
    $10 Discount per player for ACL Gold, Platinum & Diamond members
    (EX: Two Gold+ members = $60, One Gold+ member = $70)
    Walk ups are allowed only if space is available.

    Food & Beverages:
    Food & beverages will be available for purchase.
    Outside food and drinks NOT allowed.

    BOUNDARIES

    East: Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Apache Junction, Mesa, Queen Creek, Globe & Morenci
    West: The rest of the state



    TOURNAMENT FORMAT

    • Group Stage
    • Depending on the number of teams, groups will be created with equal amounts of teams from East regional and West region in each group (approximately 6 per group). Teams will play each of the teams in their group. The results will split the teams into 3 skill level divisions (Tier 1, Tier 3, Tier 4). 

    Once the group stage has completed, join us for our 2025 AZSCC jersey and award presentation. 

    Knockout Stage

    Teams will be placed into a double elimination bracket based on how they finished in their respective group. 

    Tier 1: Top East and Top West team from each group so that both sides will have equal representation in the Tier 1 final bracket. 

    Tier 3: The next highest East and West teams

    Tier 4: The last East and West teams

    *If there is an unequal amount of East and West teams in a group, Tiers 3 and 4 will be populated by group state results. 

    Seeding placement in Knockout Stage

    We will do our best to make sure that the first round of each bracket has an East team play a West team. 

    • Finishing results from each skill level division will earn points for their region
    • The region with the most points at the end of the event will win the Bert Adams Trophy
    • 6:30 PM: 2024-2025 Copper Club Invitational
      • all players will receive a Copper Club Jersey, sponsored by Shot Kings Cornhole
